How it works

From sign-up to money in your account, in four steps. If you like, we do the first two with you over the phone.

  1. Create the account

    Sign-up asks for the company name, email, sector and partner type. The account is approved on the same day.

  2. List the material

    Photos, material type and quantity. The listing goes out under your company name.

  3. Negotiate

    Whoever is interested talks to you directly on the platform. Price and quantity are agreed between the two of you.

  4. Get paid

    With secure payment, UndoWaste transfers the amount to you after the buyer confirms delivery.

Pay only if you sell.

Listing, negotiating and having an account cost nothing. Commission only applies when a sale is completed, and it is small and easy to check.

  • 2% to each party for the first twelve months of the account, for anyone who signs up this year.
  • After those twelve months, 5% to each party.
  • No monthly fee and no listing fee.
  • Origin seal included on secure-payment sales above €200.

The buyer pays their 2% separately. If the material does not sell, you pay nothing.

Creating an account is simple. If you prefer, our support team does the sign-up and the first listing with you, over the phone. All you need is photos of the material and two lines saying what it is and how much you have.

Questions from suppliers

Is this for large companies?

No. It was made for the Iberian fashion and footwear cluster, for small and medium companies of 5 to 50 people. Large companies have their own teams to sell surplus; here we do that work with you.

Will my clients know I sell surplus?

Your company name appears on the listing. Your client's brand only appears if it is in the photos, so choose photos without labels or logos. You can withdraw the listing whenever you want.

I already have someone who buys my leftovers.

UndoWaste does not replace that buyer: it puts the same lot in front of other brands and manufacturers. With secure payment, the money is confirmed before the material leaves the factory.

What if the material does not sell?

You pay nothing. Commission only applies to completed sales, and the listing can stay up for as long as you want.

Anyone who signs up this year gets 2% to each party for twelve months.
